Yup, yup, I know. I'm such a PRO now, I can speak about all the polish stuff here. After all, I'm like what, whole 3 weeks now? Yeah, who's the masta? ;)
Ok ok, I've noticed a couple of them, some by accident, some on purpose, so why not share? ;) Here we go :)
That one is on purpose :). I was searching for something from Poland in the shops and tadaaaaa, Wyborowa :). Pure, unaltered classic. Except for label - everything in Hanzi :). So if you need good polish vodka - hit Carrefour, take the transparent Wyborowa :). Lots of Poles will agree ;).

That one requires a bit of a background. You cannot enter China with your vehicle. You either buy one here, or register your as a imported one - going with all the procedures etc. The result is that you won't see any foreign car plates on the street. All pure unaltered chinese. So imagine my surprise when, walking "once upon a time" from work, I've noticed that one car had not only foreign plate, but it was Polish plate :D. What? :D But more! That one is from Chełm, which is approx. 80km (50 miles) from my hometown :O. It's probably some hoax (since there are lots of cars without any plates ;) ), but still cool one :D.

Almost Om nom nom, almost.... |
Time for something that's missing. On March 3rd, we had
Fat Thursday. Basically the idea is that you can eat sweet biscuits, donuts, pies all day long, without worrying about health, getting fat etc. But the most important is
Polish donut, which is much more tasty than on pictures ;). So I spent a lot of time on the Thursday searching for the donut. Yeah :/. I've tried to contact Polish cuisine in Beijing. Apparently there WAS one. I've contacted Polish Community in Beijing - they told me that you cannot buy them and they do their own :O. Firm in my plans, I went to the trip over shops. That's what I ended with. Great, yea? Great.... The one on the right had curry chicken filling :/. The middle one - straws of beef :O. The little donuts were almost like proper ones - except they were small and without filling :/. Damn.

If the car had dynamo,
you could start it with
the cord. No joke here. |
Last, but definitely not least :D. Behold! Demon of polish roads! Ultimate riding machine! Like a Ferrari - engine in the back, all the assistance off (only loooooser use traction control or power steering), engine cooled with air! "
Maluch"! I have no idea how it get here. It looks very good, better than most 126p in Poland :). As you can see - fully registered to ride in China :D. My "wtf" was even bigger than when seeing the car place ;). Yup, I'm proud for that car. Getting parts to him must be pain in the ass, though :).
That's all I've got - for now! I'll continue my hunt for polish accents here :)
