Road to park. Above you can see the 4th Ring Road |
We decided to have our dose of happines at "Happy Valley", the best amusement park I've ever seen. But, let's not spill the beans :)
At first, we had to meet. We set up starting time at 9:30, which means we we ready at 10 :D. Classy :).

Go left? Go right? |
Everyone got a ticket, let's go! But... Where? It was so early that almost everything... No, every machine was not yet operational. So at the beginning we were just wandering around, taking pictures etc. We could see that there is one ride open, far far away. That! Became our destination point. Go go, Power Rangers! I mean Power Team!

Are you also scared of the clowns? |
Even clowns still did not start to work. I can imagine conversation going on out there:
- And remember, lads, today's Joke Of The Day iiiiiisssssss...
Why did chicken cross the road? To get to the OTHER side!
- Oooooooooh

Huh? |
Some of the places were temporay closed. Since we weren't sure what that meant, we decided to go on, on our Journey to Working Ride.

Oh yessss |
Ou yeaah! At that moment, it was disabled, but later on we were able to ride it once or twice :). Here you go parallel to the ground, giving you unique experience of going very fast very close to the earth, artificall obstacles etc. Cool :) (like every ride here :D)

Mommy? |
This is our first destination point! Tower of Free Fall! (there is a second one, but I have no idea what that was, ask someone who tried it). Yea, why not kickstart the day (ok ok, it was around 11, but you know what I mean) with some adrenaline from falling? YES!
Althought it took only around 2 seconds, feeling was great. Well, compared to later rides not that awesome, but as a first one... Overall reaction - "Yeaaa! More! Let's hit the next one!!"
And that's what we did. And that's why I don't have pictures of most of them. You know, it's hard to take out your phone and grab a photo of nice view when you are upside down, screaming with all that air that was left in your lungs after being previously kicked out by acceleration. I'm sure you get the idea.
Hi! I'm there, somewhere Photo by Anya |
So we went and tried rollercoasters. Awesome.
We tried the machine on left - amazing. Spins around, stops upside down, that kind of stuff.
We tried almost everything that was on our path, including Kfc (hey, you need to have some food in your stomach to fully experience that magical feeling of it trying to get out), water ride (raincoats? nah), games "throw a ball, win a teddybear" (hhehehe lets put a veil of silence over that :) ). But there still was IT.... the One and Only...

I don't have any idea for clever title |
Almost there, almost there. One of the random photos, not necessarily in chronological order.

One word - YES |
Yup. King of Machines. Mother of Fear. The Harbinger of Scream.
Sound was so pure that it made your skin crawl. Want to find it? Just follow the path of loudest yells.
Ok ok :). I'm not even sure how to describe the experience on that one. It was so monumental that it kicked all the previous experiences, banded together, and made them look like walking in the park. That small points on the circle are humans. Yes, the machine is that madafakin BIG.
100% pure adrenaline.

Everyone should have something like this in the office |
Yes, that's the last photo. We were to laizy to use stairs (right behind), so we slided down. Yup. Childish. What can I say - of course and we are proud of that :)
Ok, that's all for the photos.
As for final thoughts, there is one thing that was way scarier that all the machines...
Fences... There were so many of them and they suggested that when it's crowded, they are ready to handle queues that could take couple of hours..
Oh. My. God. I'm so happy the we went in the middle of the week. We tried almost everything, we finished totally exhaused, totally happy, totally interpersonalized :) (hey, you cannot not like someone who's preparing to die together with you, right?).
Of all the rides, each one was unique. Make it free fall, rollercoaster, BIG, everything had that one special feature. That made you wanting go on next and next and next, even despite the fact that your head was spinning, body trembling, and you already burned out all the adrenaline for upcoming week.
Overall, thumbs up. Solo recommends :)
